To achieve the ultimate

we have to make the first steps correct, then follow carefully.
An old saying goes, "Perfect practice makes Perfect".

Your teacher is your guide, or coach and possibly a mentor, who leads you, sparks your imagination and fuels your endeavours to learn and develop.

As many will tell, we have to put in our own steps if we want to further our journey.

I believe you can find incentives as you go along. And if you really want to achieve things in your life, I believe that Tai chi can help you make your changes.

Daily practice is beneficial, both to health and well-being this is what my teachers have taught.

As another teacher said..".can you do as much, as well, or even more and better than you could do before?
Practice
Martial arts can help you to achieve all your goals.

It is said that tai chi is emotionally balancing. I think generally, or often, all movement practice has a balancng effect, it could be called 'grounding'. So you see how your practice can benefit you aside from learning to be a master of self-defence., your practice brings you more solidly into the present and helps you to acquire the focus that you need to achieve all your goals.
